I have had this processor for almost a year. I have it over-clocked to 3.7 GHz on air alone in a full tower case, just using the multiplier. I have it running on an ASUS motherboard with DDR3 1600 memory. It has been rock solid, stable from day one. No problems whatsoever, and if you have programs optimized for it, video and audio encoding are FAST!! I went from over 4 hours to encode on my 6400+ X2 to just under 40 minutes for the same movie, same settings. If you do any heavy duty multi-core processing, buy this.
