Put it into the asus m4a89gtd pro without any problems. Booted up right away. I was able to overclock this easily to 3500 without any problems for the last month. I haven't tried to OC any higher as of yet.Get more detail about AMD Athlon II X4 630 95W AM3 2MB 2800MHz Retail.
