With previous knowledge and some work Googling a few different things, I was pretty easily able to get this set up and running. The instructions are terrible. I would say someone with minimal knowledge would have a difficult time getting it set up "right" without lots of frustration. The remote feels very "cheap", but I have an older one from an HP PC that I'm using (works fine) instead.
