Delivery was quick and installation was a snap. I increased my work computer's memory from 1 GB to 3 GB and saw a great increase in speed and multitasking ability. But a week later I started to get random crashes - most often when using Firefox, and next most often when using an accounting program. A week later the crashes, errors and random reboots became intolerable. A system diagnostic identified the problem as the RAM. One of the modules is defective (can't tell which one because they have to be installed in pairs).
