This card has serious issues working with Windows 7. I have wasted about 10 hours of my time and I am now giving up. I called Tech Support and they are some of the most useless support persons I have ever talked with. They have absolutely no desire to help you. The drivers on the Creative Web site do not work on the Windows 7 ultimate installation I have and his solution for me was to wait until Creative releases a driver that works properly on my version of windows. I will never ever buy another product made by this miserable company that provides such miserable support for their customers. If you are running Windows 7, stay away from this sound card. They actually have a Product identification module patch because there is a problem getting this card to run on Windows 7.
