Pros: Very efficient and quiet cooler for your CPU. I have 3 of these in various machines I built and they haven't disappointed. It looks pretty nice, too, especially with the cool blue LED fan light.
Cons: While this fan will last you a long time, the only issue I have is the ability to replace the fan if it goes bad. In reality, you will probably own this until you computer simply becomes too old and it becomes obsolete. Price can also be a con because there are other coolers out there that do the same or better job while being cheaper.
