For a few dollars more then the 250 you get an extra core. Lovely. Using this with ddr3-1600 I got 40-60 fps boost on bad company 2 from my aged 2.2ghz 4400+ and ddr-333. Dont hesitate, gets 6.8 in windows ratings. Everything starts up immediately. Going to try some encoding 720p later to see how that works.
