My original video card on my MacPro recently died, causing me to look for a replacement, not so much an upgrade. Of course the choices are fairly slim for us Mac folks, but this card absolutely does the trick. My main concern was any noise it would produce, as I am in music and excess fan noise is simply not tolerated. I'm happy to report this card is dead silent. The feature that is most important to me. I'm very happy with the card, so much so that I'm writing my first review on Amazon in support of it.
