I've only bought Kingston Memory since I started building computers around five years ago. This is certainly not the fastest memory available, but I find that the latencies don't matter nearly so much as people think. I use my computer mostly for games and software development and it seems like the quantity of RAM matters more than how small the latency is. I always buy Kingston because I've found their stuff reliable, and when it does break (because everything does) their support is amazing.
