I first purchased this RAM for my son's computer (Compaq Presario Media Center SR2050NX). I was upgrading his computer from 512MB of RAM (which came installed with the system) to 2GB.
While installing them, I did find they were what you might call a "tight fit". You may need to press very firmly for them to slide into place.
However, one they were installed, the computer started up and it ran beautifully. A few weeks after we upgraded my son's RAM, I ordered these same sticks of RAM again and upgraded my fathers computer as well (he has them same make and model), and the instillation went just as smoothly.
It has been several months now and both computers are working perfectly and there have been no errors or problems. I highly recommend this RAM if it compatible with your computer and you looking to upgrade for a good price.
