My wife's PC had 512MB running XP Pro and for a long time it ran just great. Over time it just began to run slower and slower. The usual "fixes" of deleting browser files, defrag the HDD, etc did not work. Finally I ordered this memory upgrade - two 512MB memory cards. Wow, what a difference - her old speed was back!
