The card works fine once it is installed. Difficulty was in getting the supplied driver to install, that is the reason for a 4 instead of a 5. A message that driver could not be found would come up every time driver installation was attempted. EVGA support response was quick, and they asked that I download the latest drivers from the website. I had already tried that and got the same error message. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling the card, then the driver. When the Microsoft found new hardware panel came up I tried it, and the driver installed without any problems.
I have no idea why this happened, but the card and the new 23" Viewsonic display are working together flawlessly. EVGA support was very quick to respond also.
