I replaced the stock fan on my new CorsairH50 water cooler. Huge difference. The liquid bearing is amazing. I use a fan controller to slow it down under light use. This combo keeps me below 37c at all times and my cpu operates at 3.6 Ghz. The fan controller cuts all noise by lowering speed.
