I'm not sure what they were shipping before, but the pair I received were excellent quality -- the cables were well shielded and the both connectors appeared to be high quality. The cables measured exactly 18 inches from connector tip to connector tip -- longer than I needed, in fact. It appears obvious from earlier reviews that these probably were 6.3 inches at one time - the label on the bag still has that length printed on it.
I haven't found any other dual-connector backplane brackets of this quality for this low price, and I'd buy this one again should I find myself needing another.Get more detail about Sabrent SATA-ES2P Internal SATA to 2-Port eSATA II 3GB External Host Bracket Cable (6.3 inches).
