Just 2 days after getting the unit one of the hard drives started showing SMART disk errors. After calling NETGEAR's customer service for several hours the best option I got was to first ship my bad drive and then after 2 weeks may be I will get my drive replacement.
This was not it, earlier I was having trouble getting UPNP media server to work with my PS3. I keep getting DLNA 2104 errors.
It runs awfully slow if your computers are on wireless. If I do a simple file copy between two computers on the same network, it is way faster then copying to this crappy unit.
I am going to return the whole unit back to amazon for full refund and instead buy SYNOLOGY OR DLINK. My colleagues were recommending them over Netgear. I should have listened to them.Get more detail about NETGEAR ReadyNAS NV+ 4-Bay 0TB (Diskless).
